To wear, hold the earring on either side of the post, and gently pull them apart until the post comes loose; allow the earring to close again but with the post to the side of the earring (not back into the post hole).

Insert the post through the front or back of your ear (whichever is easier).

Once through, gently pull the closure end back just until the post can slip back into the hole, then release.
