P905 adopts PSC copper (perfect surface copper), whose surface is polished by laser mirror to have a smooth mirror like surface, which can effectively and quickly transmit current. In order to improve the mechanical properties of PSC copper and reduce the internal stress of the stranded wire, P905 underwent three long-term oxygen free annealing treatments.
The P905 is equipped with a very sturdy 0.1mm thick copper foil shield. Thanks to this gapless winding and 100% shielded copper foil, "P905" has a noise resistance of 30dB higher than ordinary unshielded parallel wires.
In addition, the internal intervention layer is filled with PE solid columns to reduce the gap between the conductor and the copper foil shielding layer, and improve the electrical characteristics and strength of the conductor.
