This vintage Bendix Aviation Company Model 55P2U Superheterodyne electric tube radio is a rare find for collectors of vintage electronics. The radio has been power tested and is in general good condition. There's a crack in the front grill as seen in the photos; there are other minor blemishes as well. 

The sound quality is much less than modern radios.  There is a general, baseline power "hum" (rather loud compared to the signal) and stations are not clear.  The knobs work fine. The light comes on.
