Payment We accept payment via Credit Card、Debit Card、Apple Pay、Google Pay or PayPal.

Payment must be made within 4 days after auction ended, or an updaid case will be opened on ebay automatically.

Please contact us via ebay massage to list your special requests (color, packages, etc.) immediately. We can not change your address and color once we've dispatched package and deliver to the shipper.

Shipping
We arrange shipment from Monday to Friday. Shipping fee includes package fees.

Items will be sent out within 1-4 business day after Payment Verified (Available on business days only).

Please check your ebay shipping address before payment. Please make sure it contains a valid phone number because almost shipping request phone number, or we may hold the order if phone number misses.

If the item is from China, Tax is buyer's responsibility. We can declare a lower price to reduce or avoid customs tax, but we don't take responsibility if buyer don't clear the customs. If the item is from US/UK/AU, we will pay the tax for you.

Return
Please contact us for a solution via ebay massage before open a return. Communication is always a best way to solve problem.

We promise that we accept any return all over the world in 30 days.

If buyer returns the item just because buyer dislikes it or bought a wrong one, it is buyer who pays for return shipping fee.

If the item is defect, we will pay for the shipping fee after buyer shows us the shipping invoice.

Please never return the parcel without agreement. If you don't get RMA NO. from us, it is impossible for us to get the parcel, and we will take no further action for the return.

Feedback
