SHIPPING - UK ORDERS

All orders before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. All orders purchased on weekends are usually dispatched on the next working day. All orders with free postage should arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days.

TERMS

We abide by all of the terms and conditions set out by Ebay and also by The Distant Selling Regulations, for specific terms and conditions relating to the purchase of your goods please contact us directly and we will be happy to supply a full copy.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition. 

Before opening a case please contact us immediately via eBay messaging system. We will endeavour to arrive at your satisfaction.

In the case that you receive a faulty item, please return this to us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the item for an exchange ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund.

If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you must return it within 14 working days for a full refund. The item must be in a re-sellable condition i.e. the item must be unused and the packaging must still be intact. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any damage.All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

With postage free items we will deduct postal charges and selling fees from the refund amount which varies with each item.
