This is a lovely vintage Wedgwood jasperware piece, signed Rainbow Sterling Wedgwood Jasper Ware Stick Pin.  It is 2 1/4" long.  The end is round and framed in a twisted rope design.  The center has a blue and white Wedgwood Lady, it is marked at the back, England.

Very nice pristine condition.
