ABOUT THE AUTOGRAPH-
Eddie Bracken signed the card in 1990.  He was appearing in an episode of "The Golden Girls" called "Twice in a Lifetime." I was working on the lot and the show's producer invited me to visit the set. Eddie was rehearsing a tender scene with actress Betty White, who played "Rose" on the program. During a lunch break, I saw Bracken sitting alone at a makeup table and asked him to sign the card. The scene from the script reads as follows:
BUZZ- "Rose, I never should have left you 40 years ago. I can still see you standing on the platform as the train started to roll by. Remember, Rose? You were walking alongside, tears rolling down your cheeks. When the train picked up speed, you started to run. Suddenly, you were out of sight. It was very painful for me.
ROSE- "For me too. I ran face-first into the crossing signal."
