Item is pre owned. Excellent condition. No stains nor holes. No materials tag, feels like a poly blend. Elastic is still stretchy, zippers on the legs both work great. Small repair done to knee as shown in photos.

Small hole on each hip on the outseam where the stitching has come loose, each is about the size where you can stick a finger through it. Should be an easy/inexpensive fix. Price reflects that issue.
