IH Farmall 300 350 400 450 Tractor Tachometer with Mounting Bracket. The IH part number is 364393R91. This is being sold for Parts or Rebuilder, as it isn't functioning properly. So, with that being said it is far from PERFECT or WORKING. It is coming off a non-running Farmall 350 tractor, that I am in the process of parting out. Thanks
