Holster and packaging may have some light scuffs from storage and handling. Black color. Part number is 6280-219-82. The holster is stamped with the part number 6280-219   S W M&P 2 13. Date of manufacture is 2013. USA Made.

The label says this fits: Smith & Wesson SW M&P 4.5" BBL BELT LOOP: 2.25"
