Nice pretty flower decaled frosted bell with wooden handle.  I do feel some rough spots on inside & outside of the rim.   The metal at the bottom of the handle is a little worn.  Please view all photos thoroughly.  I pack very carefully and ship Ground but feel free to add insurance if desired.
