The case is gently curved and while big, sits on the wrist well. The many strap options give it a lot of character, and the look of the dial is a wonderful combination between Art Deco and modern mechanical watch design. A fantastic timepiece of the “cleaned up type” who enjoys positive attention. The watch is also quite easy to read. The HERIOS Tri-Retrograde seconds skeleton "Tiger with Cub" is limited to 18 editions. Milus honours both the unique art of enamelling and the exceptional function of the TriRetrograde seconds. The heart of the watch forms the unique dial which has been artistically created by hand with what is known as the most sophisticated and ingenious technique of the art of enamelling: the Cloisonnée. These are some sexy watches. This Milus Herios Tri-Retrograde watch utilizes a self-winding mechanical movement with three alternating retrograde seconds indicators. The ever enjoyable Tri-Retrograde seconds that Milus has made so popular. It takes the 60 second minute and breaks it up into three 20 second segments. Each has its own retrograde arc dial. The case is gently curved and while big, sits on the wrist well. Milus...This is a very fun and dynamic complication – the first retrograde second hand starts from 1 and moves to the 4’O clock position for the first 20 seconds. Then as it instantaneously jumps back, the second range on the bottom goes from 5 o’clock to 7 o’clock for the next 20 seconds, and finally, the third range goes from 8 to11, completing the whole minute. A watch with a retrograde display does not display the function in a circular fashion, as we are used to seeing. Rather, it sets out the functions in a linear manner. Instead of the hands going round in a circle, they travel along an arc, and when they get to the end, they jump back to the beginning. The Herios is a square shaped, more of a great showy classy, eye catching design watch. The watch is also quite easy to read. . A rare and desirable watch, it should be instantly recognizable to those able to appreciate the distinct appeal...
