This beautiful bowl from the mid 19th century is a fine example of Gaudy Ironstone decorated wares. It features the multi-color Seeing Eye pattern with pink and copper luster accents, making it a perfect addition to any antique  collection. The waste bowl rim measures 5-3/8" inches in diameter and stands 3-5/8" inches high.  It was created, circa 1850, in the United Kingdom.

It falls under the classification of Gaudy Ironstone.  The ironstone slop bowl shows a subtle molded decoration, along with the vibrantly enameled Seeing Eye pattern.  It is in absolutely  beautiful estate condition with only age appropriate signs of light wear with some losses to the green over-glaze enamels, subtle rub wear to the pink luster rim, and crazing.  The foot shows a shallow fleck type chip.  Don't miss out on this rare and timeless piece that is sure to impress any collector.
