The seal show some aging/wear with some minimal scuffs/creases.

Like many sealed versions of this game, it came with 2 hard to remove stickers on top of the seal.

One was a price tag on the upper-middle of the front/back cover, and the other was over the barcode.

I was able to remove the stickers and clean them where it became barely visible.

Traces of the stickers are only barely visible now, but it resulted in some more scuffs/creases 

to the seal where the barcode sticker was.
