-Due to the nature of the product's specification, minor wrinkles, corner presses, or cracks may occur on the cover, and the inner paper may be cracked due to contact with the disk.

When opening a product that is confirmed to be defective in appearance, it may be difficult to return/exchange, so please request confirmation before opening

- Most of the splashing phenomenon of the product is not a disk defect, but a phenomenon that occurs because the tone arm and the proper setting of the sedimentation pressure are not correct. All-in-one turntable users without adjustment should play it on another set-up turntable. We cannot exchange or return the defective playback caused by a device problem.

- If the caliber/label attachment of the center hole is not smooth, it may be difficult to exchange or return it as a reason that may inevitably occur during production.

- There is often noise due to dust or fine foreign substances in the needle, so please check the condition of the record after cleaning it with a dedicated cleaning product.

- Reasons such as bursting plastic packaging or tearing or falling marks on advertising stickers attached are not subject to exchange or return.

- Most of the products manufactured and imported from Japan are open plastic packaging

- Color vinyl may cause color differences or spots (spots) during the manufacturing process of mixing dyes. It is not defective and is not subject to exchange or return.
