It has a total of six adjustable shelves. Each shelf measures 11 ¼” in depth by 25 ½” wide. Two elegant dovetailed drawers with wooden knob pulls grace the top of this fabulous piece. Full, masterfully carved, Solid Mahogany Pineapple Acanthus Columns accentuate the lovely doors which are adorned with fancy diamond-shaped fretwork and with what appears to be original glass. Powerful Large Carved Paw feet are found on the front of this beautiful piece. Finally, the finish on this elegant Empire Bookcase/Cabinet appears to be original and both doors have intact working locks with a tasseled key that is included.
