Shipping:

We offer Economy Shipping within the US to the lower 48 states. Expedited shipping and/or Air shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, along with international shipping will be at an additional cost. Please email us for a shipping cost before purchasing. 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (to the email address associated with your eBay account) with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our customer service team and we’ll gladly update you with your shipping information.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method that you choose. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

A USPS carrier will deliver to PO Boxes, APOs/FPO addresses, or US Territory addresses.

Domestic shipments will be supplied a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number.

Economy Shipping (5-12 business days)— Economy is the least expensive and is serviced by USPS Ground Advantage.

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) — Standard is shipped using USPS ground or USPS priority depending on the weight and destination.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)--Expedited is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday.

All other shipping services - Orders placed for these services will be shipped the next business day.

Shipments are processed once payment clears, and shipped within 2 business days.

Please note: If purchasing two or more items, pairs of shoes, or large boxed items, they may come without the original boxes - this is done in order to reduce the carbon footprint during shipping and to keep making our environment better and sustainable.

***Shoes or other items may be missing the box. The box may be crushed or missing the lid. This will NOT affect the quality of the shoes or item. Items may also be shipped in a poly bag.***

Returns:

We have a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding lots, swimwear and intimate bottoms, health, beauty and fragrance items, and perishables). Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 30 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke we will not process a return. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable. Upon return, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs.

You can initiate all qualifying returns through your eBay order. If you have questions on how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team.

When will I receive a refund? When we receive your package we will process the return within 2 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.

We do not accept returns over 30 days of delivery date. Refer to eBay’s return policy to see if item is eligible for return.

If an item is received damaged, please take pictures of the shipping materials, box, and damaged content and email us the images and any information regarding your shipments including tracking numbers and the date the item(s) were received. Please notifiy us immediately of any damages.

Sizing Guide: 

Use the size charts below to help you determine the perfect fit for many of the brands and styles that we sell. If your measurements fall in between, we recommend that you order the next larger size. You may also refer to the actual brand website for their size chart.

(These can fit your girls! To convert your women's size to a youth size, simply subtract 2 sizes. For example, a Women's size 5 will be a Youth/Girl's size 3.)
