Hardcover in Poor Condition: Water damage limited to drop spots on cover contents fine, no mustiness or discolorartion. No highlighting or underlining. Cover is somewhat tattered, disconnected from page block, leather is peeling and half of spine is missing. Covers still connected by clear tape. Binding is very fragile, about 100 pages at front and back are loose. Some of the foldouts are torn or detached, but still present. First two pages have 1/2" tears and creases. Solid reading copy.
