This hardcover book titled "Rusk County In The World War 1920" is a limited edition, 1st edition publication that is beautifully compiled by Lt. G. C. Maloney. The book was published by Rusk County Journal in Ladysmith, Wisconsin and covers the Boys with pictures and small bio's of them. Those that survived and those that didn't.  Towns include but not all are Ladysmith,  Thorp, Hawkins, Conrath, Chetek, Chippewa Falls, Tony, Conner's Falls,  Weyerhaeuser,  Apollonia, Rhinelander, Rice Lake, Portage, Vanceburg, Menomonie, Big Bend, Warren's, Eau Claire, Glen Flora, Sheboygan,  Kewaunee, Melvina, Whitehall, Port Edwards,  Algoma, Dorchester,  Appleton,  Sanborn, Black River Falls, Curtiss, Stevens Point, Ashland, Amacoy Lake, Oasis, Brodhead, Turtle Lake, Weston, Warner, Marinette, West Lima, Medford. I can't see any part of Wisconsin not represented in this book.


The book has been well-preserved and is in its original/facsimile state. The language used is English and there is a note "property of Jesse C. Stevens" but no signatures in the book. This special edition book is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts interested in local history and may find their ancestors in this book.
