Vintage Cinelli Campione Del Mondo 66-42 handlebars with 26.4mm bar clamp.  Condition is "Used" with scratches and wear.   Bar features a 42cm width, 66mm drops and 4 factory flat crimped areas around the bars on either side of center stamped logo area (see photos 7-11 of 11).  These flat crimped areas will be covered by bar tape, so visually not noticeable and if you wrap a layer of thin bar tape around the area before the finishing bar tape, they feel fine.  Not sure what the purpose of the flat crimps but my guess is to ensure add-on aero bars are clamped firmly in place to prevent any slippage.
