This model has its roots in athletic shoes produced in the 1970s. The canvas upper is reinforced with suede leather in areas where strength is required. The sole reflects the taste of athletic shoes.
Vulcanized manufacturing method
The vulcanizing method is a method of molding rubber soles and uppers by adding sulfur to raw rubber and causing it to react thermally. As a result of this reaction, the rubber gains elasticity and strength, making it suitable for sneaker soles. The strong bond between the sole and upper makes them durable, unbreakable, and difficult to lose their shape. On the other hand, it requires a lot of human labor and is less productive than other manufacturing methods, so it is often avoided by some people.
