HYALYN PORCELAIN 5.5/8" SQUARE
THE COLT PEACEMAKER ASHTRAY
From the Big Ashtray Museum ;~) Hyalyn Porcelain
was founded by Leslie Moody in 1947 in Hickory,
North Carolina. Until the mid 1970s, Hyalyn pieces were
high-fired with a white clay body. They often show the
influence of Charles and Ray Eames and other designers
of the Mid-Century Modern period. The factory was closed in 1996.
This features the famous gun used in the Old Wild West
and the one featured holding the Gun looks like Wyatt Earp
with the Stagecoach Cactus and Mountain Range
in the background
This is Vintage from around the 1950's ( I think ) The long
gun may be the Buntline SSA Model P OR M1873
