•Epoxy board, also known as epoxy glass fibre board, epoxy phenolic laminated glass cloth board, epoxy resin refers to the molecule contains two or more epoxy groups of organic polymer compounds, in addition to individual, their relative molecular mass are not high. The molecular structure of epoxy resin is characterised by the presence of active epoxy groups in the molecular chain, and the epoxy groups can be located at the end of the male sub-chain, in the middle, or in a cyclic structure. As the molecular structure contains active epoxy groups, so that they can be with a variety of types of curing agent cross-linking reaction and the formation of insoluble, non-molten polymers with a three-way network structure.
• Epoxy board: glass fibre cloth bonded with epoxy resin and made by temperature and pressure, high mechanical properties at medium temperature and stable electrical properties at high humidity. Applicable to machinery, electrical appliances and electronics with high insulation structure parts, with high mechanical and dielectric properties better heat and moisture resistance. Heat resistance class F (155 degrees).
