Water retaining crystals are a super absorbing polymer that can retain many times their own weight in water. They are odour free, non-toxic and safe.
Recommended for use in hanging baskets & flower pots. Water retaining crystals can even be used in the growing of tomatoes and cucumbers.
When planted in the desired location, water retaining crystals will store water for when your plants and flowers need it. Rainfall or watering will refresh the crystals.
To use, crystals must be evenly mixed through planting/growing area, allowing room for the crystals to grow. They must also be fully soaked with water. The gel will take a few hours to form. Full directions on packet.
