Whey Protein Concentrate 33% (MILK), Soy Protein Isolate 25% (SOY), Milk Protein (MILK), Creatine monohydrate, Glutamine peptides (from WHEAT), Buttermilk (MILK), flavouring (fat reduced cocoa powder chocolate flavour), colour, sweetener (sucralose). SUGGESTED USE Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 250ml of chilled water. For a thicker shake milk can be used as a replacement. Consume within 15 minutes of mixing powder with liquid.
