Dispatching

·         Our carriers will delivery between 3 and 5 working days after dispatch (Monday-Friday).

·         Tracking is automatically included with all orders

·         Standard delivery is to UK mainland only, please email if you wish for an 'alternative delivery' quote.

·         Carriers will only deliver to ground floor entrances.

·         Please provide delivery/direction instructions for difficult to find addresses on order.

 

 

Returns

·         If you change your mind or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the order within 14 days after receipt of the item.

·         It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the items back.

·         If the item is faulty then we will cover the cost of collection, however if the product is simply unsuitable or not wanted then you will be required to cover the cost of the return.

·         We will issue a refund on the item(s) when we have received the item back at our warehouse.
