• Heavy four-footed raised moulded marble mosaic base with decorative floral side panels

• Twin art deco design lidded ink wells “wells have no liners by design, and as such merely for visual appeal, however there are no obstacles to prevent them from having liners and performing such function”

• Bronze casting of a “German Sheppard” guard dog in the alert posture

• Specially designed Chanel for pens rest & display (pens shown for display purpose only, not part of the set sold here)

• Heavy cast bronze central light column post with an original harp shade carrier

• Original 1940s art deco Opaline segmented marbled milk glass shade with upper bronze canopy and solid finial

• Original 1940s Brass B-22 bayonet-fit bulb holder

• Professionally re-wired in period match three-core silk braided twist cable, earthed, tested and in perfect working order

• Original 1930s “MK” 3 round pin brown Bakelite plug

• Original 1940s Genuine “CARTER” inline Bakelite switch, which by far the most sought after of all the deco Bakelite inline switches
