  • Beautiful 1930s Bronze and iridescent art glass art nouveau snake chandelier Edgar Brandt style
  • Handmade iridescent art glass Large central plafonnier and three satellite downright shades
  • Large bronze tubular central circular carriage and three satellite arms
  • Three B22 lights within central plafonier, and one B22 in each shade
  • Snake moulded glass profile hand applied to exterior of central plafonier, and to each of the shades
  • Heavy bronze hooked ceiling plate
  • Height-adjusted lockable ceiling gallery
  • Fully re-wired in the 70s, tested, and in perfect working order
  • Has a ceiling drop of approximately 99 cm and a diametric span of 88 cm
  • Beautiful natural aging patina
  • Very striking and delightful both on and off, would certainly be the focal point of any room
  • Condition:
    • In beautiful period condition with a very charming aging patine and very little age related wear commensurate with age ; the very tip of the snake tail "just under an inch long and about 1 mm thick" on the central plafonier has dropped off at some point over the last 80 years; this certainly takes nothing away from the immense beauty of this fantastic piece, just mentioned for total accuracy

  • Packaging & Shipping
    • Chandelier will be Re-tested prior to packaging, then it will be packaged and shipped in two large individual cartons; central plafonier and each of the three shades will be securely packaged individually each into its own box within the 1st carton, second carton will contain the large chassis frame. Both cartons will be shipped by Royal mail 48H tracked delivery.
    • Packaging process is always documented in images, which are forwarded to buyer as soon as parcel is dispatched.
