2. Place the plate with the end of the cutting taper facing outwards, with the positioning slot of the plate aligned with the screw in the middle of the gripper, into the gripper. Ensure that the plate tooth fits snugly into the gripper. Tighten the screw.
3. When tapping, pay attention to the coaxial and perpendicular alignment of the plate and the screw. Otherwise, the plate cannot be tapped or the tapped threads will not pass.
4. Pay attention to chip evacuation: tap one to two turns and reverse. Do not block the plum chip hole of the plate. It is best to add cooling oil.
