A Japanese Noritake covered vase with open mouth lion mask handles, the body with a hand painted river landscape scene with a bridge and buildings within blue borders with raised gilt enamel decoration, gilt highlights, and parcel gilt handles, the base with the blue printed komaru (MM-9) backstamp, circa early 20th century
Condition : There is a tiny chip to the inner rim (last photo - unseen with cover) otherwise good antique condition with no damage, expected light wear with rubbing to the gilt highlights, handles, and finial - please see all 18 photos below (message me if you require additional photos / info, etc).
