This is a really handsome all sterling silver sauce ladle in Gorham’s very desirable Fontainebleau pattern. The length is 5 1/2". The condition is very good. The figure on the handle is a court gentleman. The acid-finished bowl has brite-cut engraving of leafy sprigs and an angular shape on the shoulders There has never been a monogram. The marks are STERLING - the old Gorham symbol.
