Unfortunately, due to the USPS's 1-27-13 dramatic rate increase on international postage and additional increases after this date, I have decided to no longer ship internationally unless shipment is through ebay's Global Shipping Program.  Please note that I do not have control over the shipping charges through this program as I only receive what I charge for shipment within the U.S. as I ship orders to a U.S. destination then a third party ships to you from this point.  I do want to say thank you to my many, many loyal international customers who have purchased from me through the years as from when I begin selling on ebay in 1998 until the 2013 rate increase, about 30-40% of orders were shipped internationally.
