Shipment

Returns

All of our items are backed with a 30-day return policy. we ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. in case you receive your item different to the standards above, contact us right away via e-bay messages. all returns must be within the 30-day period and in their original condition.

Please make sure you check your item upon arrival for any defects, damages, or missing parts before using or installing. when making a claim, we reserve the right to request for pictures, videos, and other supporting documents to validate the claim. once confirmed, we will send a replacement or a partial refund depending which is more suitable.

Returns due to change of mind, remorse, wrong orders or late deliveries (due to courier) are accepted within 30 days as long as the item is unused and undamaged.

If a delivery is missed, it is the customers responsibility to reorder a deliver.
