Gates 31858 LOCKING GAS CAP WITH (2)TWO KEYS.Was bought for my GMC ENVOY XUV SLT but,locking notches are not the same on 2004 ENVOY , allowing it to not completely seal my Fuel Tank,The correct cap for my vehicle used a Sideways D Shaped Locking Notches,while this one has a Triangle Notch. I reinstalled my non locking cap to resolve this issue. Otherwise,this Cap is Brand New, and comes in the original box with both keys All seals are perfect, and there is no damages.
