Dated 1920, this Sadie Irvine for Newcomb Pottery vase is 8.5" tall by 3.5" in diameter. Finished in the Newcomb blue colored glaze, it is decorated with loquat leaves and hanging fruit on branches. In excellent original condition, there are no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. As pictured, marks include the Newcomb College "NC" logo, Ms Irvine's initials, Joseph Meyer's initials (master potter), 133 and LG2 (date).
