This Watson Arts & Crafts sterling silver flat server, perhaps a tomato or even more likely a waffle server, is 7 3/4" long and 3" wide at the blade's widest point. It weighs 65 grams.
The handle is hammered on both sides and comes to a tapered point. The serving end, which is not hammered, is beautifully pierced and it's form reminds me of a butterfly's wings.
On the handle back it is stamped with Watson's hallmarks and sterling.
