It has a pretty sash and hand painted rose garland swag borders with a plain gold band to the outside of the cup. The trio is in good antique condition with some very minor gold wear and some minor dark dots in the glaze from the time it was made to the cup and the cake plate.
The backstamp is Royal Chelsea England in the Anita pattern
