You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #45954 "Ranch House."  

This is a gray side with blue roof and white trim. A somewhat hard-to-find color combination. This kit is in "like-new" condition - hardly looks used!

The box is in decent shape but shows shelf wear. Still, a nice collectible piece. 

These ranch houses always look very striking on the Plasticville layout or collection for they come in a variety of color combinations.
