Beautiful Vintage William A. Rogers by Oneida Ltd Silversmiths Royal Provincial 10 3/8" Serving Tray.  Perfect for entertaining or for display.  Shows signs of light handling.  Some very fine surface scratches normal from light and gentle handling.  There are some spots of tarnish (darker areas).  There is a very small lip on the edge ring of the flat part of the tray that looks like a ding.  It's a manufacturing flaw, no ding in the metal.  Fairly thick/hefty plate.
