Shipping is free to the United States and U.S. Territories. International sales are shipped via the eBay International Shipping program. We will ship it free to their third party vendor location and they will then ship the item to the respective buyer. We do not control or even know the third party vendor's fee structure. 

Please do not ask us to ship internationally any other way.
