These unique Homer Laughlin dessert/bread plates feature a beautiful bird (pheasant?) and floral pattern on an ivory background.  Nine of them are free of any chips or cracks. One has two very minor chips on the back that are not noticeable from the front (see picture).  Based on the backstamps, I believe they were made in West Virginia and are in the Yellowstone pattern family that was manufactured from the mid to late 1920s through the 1930s.  I have been unable to locate the pattern anywhere.  They may be a limited edition.?  These delicate plates would be great for any collector or as a beautiful addition to your dinner table. The brand is well-known for its high-quality products, and these Homer Laughlin Yellowstone plates are no exception.
