Domestic(U.S.) Shipping
All items will be shipped out within 1 or 2 business days with cleared payment.
Please included your phone number to the payment note for prompt and secure shipment.
Tracking numbers for all orders are added to eBay once they have been dispatched; please login to eBay to find the tracking information for your order.
Most items are shipped USPS first class mail, delivery usually takes just 4-6 business days.
Additionally, we do not ship on weekends.
International Shipping
Puerto Rico: As we use standard USPS, PR is considered a US territory for mailing purposes, and can be selected as such at checkout. Shipping will be domestic U.S. rates.
For Canada & Mexico or other countries:
1) We use the eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP).
Once you’ve paid for your item, we'll send it to the global shipping center within 1 or 2 business days. From there, it's sent to you.
2) Lost Shipments
For non-signature required shipments: If the tracking information that corresponds to a shipment confirms that the product was delivered to the intended address, the customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the receipt of the shipment. The Customer is the one who provided Lasfit with the ship to information, and in doing so absolves lasfit of any liabilities for missing or stolen deliveries.
Tip for international buyers:
Items purchased through GSP can’t be delivered to P.O. Box numbers or APO and FPO addresses.

Therefore, we offer a straightforward satisfaction guarantee: If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, just contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will arrange a refund of your purchase price, or exchange the items with no hassle.
International Customers:
For all warranty orders, defective products must be returned before a replacement can be sent. You are responsible for return shipping costs for all warranty orders.
If you are required to ship your item back for warranty purposes, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of both return and ship back.
Free Support Forever
Lasfit always provides free lifetime support and assistance to any customer. If your warranty has expired, you will continue to receive free service,
and we will assist you in determining a solution or possible repair to any issues you might be having with our products.
Installation and Labor: Lasfit product warranties are limited to coverage of products only. Does NOT cover labor, diagnostics, towing, rental car, or any other expense related to an item being defective/damaged. We strongly encourage customers to contact us prior to seeking outside assistance in diagnosis of any product issue.
All warranties, expressed or implied, are void if our warranty claim department determines that there is sufficient evidence of one or more of the following:
Negligence: Improper installation or improper use, including using or installing any product in a manner not specified by Lasfit, or damage caused by improper installation.
Abuse: Damage beyond the limits of "normal wear and tear."
Unauthorized Dealer Purchase: Purchase of items through any unauthorized party.

Return Policy
For U.S. and Puerto Rico Customers:
We offer free returns with any orders within 30 days from the date of delivery. No restocking fees, no administrative fees, no return shipping fee, and no hassle!
We will email you when a prepaid return label is ready to download from your ebay account. You just have to print it out and drop the package off at a USPS facility. When we get it back, you will be notified and credited for the full price of the items/products that are returned. Since the shipping fees go directly to the delivery service, we are not able to refund any shipping costs.
For warranty returns passed the 30 days, please call or email us so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible support.
Exchanging an Order for U.S. Customers
We are happy to help you exchange your items, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of delivery. There will be no additional shipping charge for the new items. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For International Customers
You can return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, but the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you want return back for exchage, you need to pay for both return shipping cost and the cost to send back.

We only ship to the confirmed shipping address given with the payment.
