The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items.
- All prices are inclusive of GST but shipping cost would depend on your region.
- Tracking information will be uploaded in eBay as soon as we get from courier service.
- We are able to deliver your items Australia wide, including remote areas but few regional post codes are excepted. We don't deliver to Post Office/Box, parcel collec or Island addresses, so a street address is required.
- Delivery time is between 10 to 20 working days for most post codes but for remote area, it can take more time. If you have not received order after 20 working days, please let us know and we will investigate.
- Bulky items are delivered in multiple boxes and all boxes leave the warehouse at the same time but courier may not deliver them together. If some boxes have been delivered and remaining are missing, please wait for few days and then contact us.
- We don't allow local pickups directly form the warehouse.
- Please allow 5 to 10 working days extra due to lockdowns and floods.
- Constrution site address is not acceptable. You will be charged if address change is required after the package has been dispacthed.
- If you live in a remote area where courier cannot deliver to your doorstep, your package will be taken to the nearest collection point where you have to go and collect the package.
- If package is arrived damaged, please take some pictures and let us know ASAP. We will let the team know and arrange a replacement of damaged parts.
- You don't need to pay return postage if package is damaged and needs to be sent back to the warehouse. We will send the return label and you will need to take the package to the nearest Australia Post drop off point.
- Change of mind returns are not encouraged, please place orders carefully but we can still accept change of mind returns. You will need to return the package in the original condition and boxes must not be opened. You will need to pay the postage to bring the package back to the warehouse in Melbourne.
- No change of mind return is accepted after 10 days of delivery.
