This kit includes a waterproof relay, 3/8" （or1/2"）NPT thermostatic switch (185°* on / 175° off), and fuse block. For single fan setups.

This kit is set up to turn your electric fan on at 185 degrees and shut off at 165 degrees and will work with any 12 volt system.

It is a 3/8" pipe thread, this kit includes everything you'll need to hook up to your fan.

Wires:For the two red wires,please connect the long red wire to the battery and the short red wire to the fan.

Connect the color-coded wires, refer wiring diagram on package.

Red-to +12VDC

Coffee-to Fan Positive

Black-to Ignition

Grey-to Sending Unit

Please check product pictures before purchase and please search video by "Fan Relay Installation" when install it in doubt.

Please ensure the inlet voltage is under or equal 12V, avoid excessive voltage to blow the fuse or cables.

The thermostat supplied with this kit is OE style to mount in the cylinder head of the engine or any water jacket.

Do not use tape on the sensor for may cause poor electrical contact or incorrect temperature readings.

You can crimp bigger wires to it If you intend to mount high-profile cooling fans. The 14AWG wires (15 amps) are not bigger enough for high

12 Gauge - 20Amps 

10 Gauge - 30Amps

8 Gauge - 40 Amps
