This book is in very good condition and is clean and tight. There are minor signs of wear to the corners and very minor staining. The upper right corner of the cover has a crease where it was folded over, The beginning half of the book is not in line with the back half. It must have come from the bookbinder like this. The front bottom measures 1/8" higher than the bottom of the back half.
