This is a truly unique and whimsical vintage decor piece with a blue and tan plastic balloon covered in hand woven cotton crochet design which holds the wooden wicker basket.  There is a fire detail from the string as well. Hangs from a fishing line. Great for a balloon collector or even a child’s room or playroom. Approximately 12 1/2 in Long, 8 in wide.
