Usage:
Step 1: Wash hands and fill clean bottles with lukewarm distilled water or boiled water until the filling line (500ml).
Step 2: Cut the nasal cleaning salt and pour its contents into the bottle. Tighten the bottle cap and straw firmly.
Put a finger on the tip of the bottle cap and shake the bottle gently to dissolve the mixture.
Step 3: Stand in front of the sink, bend forward to your comfortable level, and tilt your head down.
Keep your mouth open without holding your breath, press the lid against your right nostril, and squeeze the bottle gently until the solution begins to drain from the OPPOSITE nostril or mouth.
Step 4: Blow your nose gently, without completely pinching your nose, because it will put pressure on the drum.
