This is a very detailed multipart print. This model will be supplied in a protective, printed cage still on its supports.

All miniatures are printed on high resolution printers with the appropriate resin.

!! Important !! Please ensure you have checked and are happy with the estimated delivery date at checkout. These timescales will change based on how busy we are. We will work to the estimated delivery date provided at time of purchase.

Be aware that all resin prints use supports to ensure successful printing, we will remove and clip these but some filing may be required. If a miniature is big enough that we have printed it hollow then you will need to clean and fill where the drainage holes have been situated.

Please note that we do our best to print in grey but given the state of the world our print colour may vary depending on what we can get hold of at the time.

We operate our printers 24 hours, 7 days a week in order to get miniatures out to our customers as quickly as possible. Lead times will be displayed at checkout. It is a condition of sale that customers check and are happy with these before making a purchase. These times will change based on how busy we are, we will work to the estimated delivery date displayed to customers on the day of purchase. Updates will not be issued as a matter of course during the handling time unless a problem arises, if an order has been placed it is understood that the customer accepts the advised lead times.

ANY NEGATIVES, NEUTRALS OR RUDENESS DIRECTED TOWARDS OUR TEAM AS A RESULT OF NOT READING, AND ACCEPTING THIS CONDITION PRIOR TO PURCHASE WILL RESULT IN A BAN ACROSS ALL OF OUR SALES PLATFORMS.

We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy. Please get in touch with us via a direct message prior to opening a return request, we will almost always be able to deal with an issue with the least amount of hassle.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safe transport of our products, we produce and ship very fragile items. We are by and large at the mercy of the postal carrier, there are some levels of mistreatment that packaging just can't protect against. We will not automatically replace an item if it is a clean break in postage. If a break is easily fixable, this should be attempted first.

All claims for scale returns or replacements must be accompanied by a picture of the item alongside a clearly visible measuring device. The actual size of the model detailed in mm must accompany any query.

US customers - The invoice system does not seem to work for customers in the USA, if you complete your purchase we will refund your shipping charge down to an agreed rate within 24 hours.
