Clearing out the shelves!

If you've come for a comics variety you have come to the right place! This lot consists of 4 single issues, 1 softcover graphic novel and 4 hardcover graphic novels, and 1 artbook (10 total!). From my non-professional appraiser opinion, the quality of the books range from "good" to "very good" with the exception of the MONSTERS book, whose exterior is covered in some markings and scratched up. The interior pages look just fine. That being said, this collection is NOT for the mint condition collectors out there! All other scratches found on books are exterior and for the most part minimal and shouldn't affect the quality of your read. I'll include the big scratches/nicks in the pictures above.

All in all I paid about $180 for all of these books over the years. So given their now various used conditions I'm asking for a little over half ($100), plus shipping ($30). Shipping is little higher because I'll have to send this lot in both one box AND in one envelope, as the UNREAL CITY book is so awkwardly sized.
