The decals can be install using Wed or Dry method. The wet application method applies a vinyl graphic to a substrate by using soapy water to assist with positioning. The dry method does not need soapy water but rather depends on the skill of the installer to correctly position the film. Item comes inside the tube with instructions kit inside and a squegee. If in case you are a newbie buyer and car decal installer, watching video tutorials in YouTube is a big help.
